Entry Radio Show for Underage/Topman Competition by D.Jay
My name is Jay, I’m 15 years old and music is my passion. It is probably the greatest thing on earth to me, I thrive new music and being able to recall memories from singing along. I don’t believe in listening to one genre, when there is so much great music in the world to explore, I don’t want to limit myself. If you ask my friends what I talk about the most, it will be music and I love the different aspects of it for example the directors, producers and record labels. The other thing I like besides music is fashion and I do a lot, and I mean a lot of shopping at Topman. They have always got stuff for any occasion and it’s always in trend and fantastic quality. I really love the Chinos at the moment. I consider myself to be fairly fashionable and thanks to Topman’s short fittings it is almost always possible. Being able to take over CTRL at Underage, would not only be a lifetime experience, but will help me in the future, as I want to become a journalist. I have tried alone being somewhat of a music journalist over on my blog Punk Kick where I interview small unsigned bands, review singles, albums and gigs and talk about music in general. I believe it is somewhat of a good start of learning to write about something I love. Furthermore, on the educational side of things I managed to get my English GCSE a year early and it is definitely one of my favourite subjects. I am always a talkative individual who is determined and happy especially when at gigs! J I would be so hugely grateful if I got picked for this amazing experience and knowing it will be one more step closer to achieving a career and my dream will just mean so much to me.
