My Topman CTRL entry
Hi, I’m Will Cook from Tunbridge Wells, Kent. I’m 14 years old and this will be my first Underage Festival. I’m a frequent gig goer and all round music enthusiast. I’ve already booked my tickets for underage but the experience would be made unreal if I was to get the chance to meet and greet this year’s line up. I’ve recently applied for Job experience in music reviewing and see this as a great opportunity to get firsthand knowledge of what it’s like to be interviewing and reviewing bands. The reason I should take CTRL of Topman CTRL website is that I would be 100% devoted to keeping it updated and everyone in touch and involved in the massive lead up to Underage Festival. Also, £250 worth of Topman vouchers wouldn’t be too shabby either! For the radio show me and Stan have picked ‘Under the cover of darkness’ by ‘The Strokes’, this is an increasingly popular song and has gradually become more appreciated over the last few months. I personally love the track and the rest of the album doesn’t disappoint either, it’s the kind of upbeat song which gets you hyped for the festival season. We saw it as the perfect song to review.
